By visiting, becoming a member of, purchasing a gift subscription from, or subscribing to Englishtown, you agree, without qualification, to be bound by the terms and conditions of use set out below.

Englishtown offers you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited right to access, use and display the content of this Web Site, provided that you comply with this Agreement as set out in full.

Use of the site is at your own risk. Englishtown is not responsible for any loss resulting from your using any of Englishtown's services, software, materials, audio or video files, content, or communications.

All materials of Englishtown.com, including content, text, images, software, audio and video files, documentation, Email English and the Web Site remain at all time the sole property of Englishtown.com or its suppliers. Such aforementioned materials are protected under international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not post, distribute, sublicense, translate or reproduce in any way any copyrighted materials, trademarks or other proprietary information without the prior express written consent of the Englishtown.

The materials of our school are provided to you only for your private, non-commercial use. By electing to purchase a subscription or register for a free trial of the Englishtown School, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. You further agree not to sub-license this subscription to any 3rd party. Should you breach this agreement, Englishtown reserves the right to terminate your subscription without prior notice.

Englishtown provides users with the ability to post messages, use chat rooms, and find English resources, such as pen pal correspondents, local English schools and job offers.

By using these services, users agree to contribute only original content. Furthermore, users agree to refrain from using objectionable language, using the services to make unsolicited contact to members, and behaving in a disruptive and/or threatening manner.

Englishtown is not responsible for the content of messages sent by users to other users they have located through Englishtown. Englishtown may remove any posted message at any time.

The pen pal guide directory and the information contained therein represent proprietary information owned and maintained exclusively by Englishtown. Using the directory for any purpose other than language learning correspondence between Englishtown members is strictly forbidden.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Englishtown and its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, costs, or damages arising from your use of the Site or your breach of any of the obligations set herein.

Englishtown has the right to modify this agreement and any policies affecting or pertaining to the site. Your continued use of the site following notice of the Agreement modification will be considered an acceptance of the modified terms and conditions of use.

This agreement will remain in effect for the entire time that you use the site and/or are a member and/or fee-based subscriber of Englishtown.
