Being kind to yourself in everyday life is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Life will become lighter and your relationships will most likely improve. You will feel happier overall. And your self-esteem and your sense of deserving good things in life will go up. 每天呵护自己是为自己所做的最好的事情之一。生活将变得轻松,你的各种人际关系很可能也得到改善。总体上,你会感觉更快乐了。而且,你的自尊会提高,日益感到自己值得享受生命中美好事物。 But it also one thing that is often neglected or something some may feel guilty about doing. 但这事经常被忽略,或者有些人会对此有罪恶感。 To make positive change with that simply start a new habit today. One of kindness towards yourself. You can find 9 such habits of self-kindness below. 就此要积极改变,从今天开始培养新习惯。诸多善良中的一项是呵护自己。以下列出了9项呵护自己的方式,你可以看看。 Don’t try everything today. Choose one thing. And just go with it for today. If it felt good and helped you out then just continue doing it tomorrow. 不要想着今天一下子就全部做到。选一样。然后今天就付诸行动。如果感觉良好,对自己有帮助,那么明天继续。 1. Invest in yourself. Spend 30-60 minutes in the morning or evening with reading, listening to or watching material that uplifts you, that helps you to understand yourself and the world or that helps you to live a better life. Then, if possible, take one small action on what you have learned. 1、投资自己。每天上午或晚上,花上半小时到一个小时阅读,聆听或观看能提升你的东西,这样可以帮助你了解自己和世界,或者帮助改善生活。还有,如果可以的话,将学到的东西小小地付诸实践。 2. Find the truth and exception when an inner critic or outer critic attacks. Your own inner critic may not always say nice things about you to you. People around you may attack you or try to bring you down to serve one of their own needs. If you question the attack and look for the exception you may for instance see that you are actually doing a good job in most of your courses, but may be a bit unfocused and lazy in math and physics. As I tell myself this and try to keep it in mind during the day I appreciate things more. Unstress tonight. Take a long bath and read something to escape. Or work out. Or talk to someone about something that is on your mind and let it all out.   1. Mediocre day? Take one small step forward towards something positive.   2. If you stumble, be your own best friend. Don’t beat yourself up, that will erode your self-esteem. Be a kind and supportive friend to yourself instead. 6、如果遇到挫折,做自己最好的朋友。不要自我责难,那会毁了你的自尊。而要呵护自己,支持自己。 Ask yourself: How would my friend/parent support me and help me in this situation? 问问自己:在此情况下,朋友/父母会如何支持和帮助我?   3. Take a laugh-break. Take 20-30 minutes in the middle of your day or if that is not possible then use your morning or evening. By knowing the reasons why it is smart to be kinder to yourself it, in my experience, becomes easier and easier to be kind to yourself and to take the time for it every day. 9、仅仅提醒自己——呵护自己是聪明行径的——理由。就我的经验来说,更加呵护自己是聪明行径;明白了其中的理由后,呵护自己越来越容易,而且,每天更容易找时间。 By reminding yourself of benefits such as better real life results, more perseverance, higher self-esteem, more inner happiness and stillness, more positive relationships with yourself and other people it becomes easier to stay kind to yourself through life’s natural ups and downs. 提醒自己:这样做,会给生活带来更好的成果——更加坚韧;更强的自尊心;内心更快乐、更稳定;和自我、和周围人的关系更积极。那么,在起起伏伏的人生道路上,你会更容易保持呵护自己的习惯。
