一、商务接待:给客户留下好印象

商务接待是建立良好合作关系的第一步,礼貌且专业的表达能迅速拉近距离。​

迎接客户:​

“Welcome to our company, Mr./Ms. [Name]! It's a great pleasure to meet you in person.”(欢迎来到我们公司,[姓名]先生/女士!很高兴能亲自见到您。)​

“Did you have a pleasant trip here? If you need to rest first, we can arrange the meeting a little later.”(您旅途还愉快吗?如果您需要先休息,我们可以把会议稍作推迟。)​

送别客户:​

“Thank you for visiting our company today. We look forward to further cooperation with you.”(感谢您今天到访我们公司,期待与您的进一步合作。)​

“Here is my business card. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.”(这是我的名片,如有任何问题,随时联系我。)​

二、商务会议:高效表达观点与需求​

商务会议中,清晰表达自己的想法、准确理解他人观点至关重要,这些表达能帮你提升会议参与度。​

开场与总结​:

“Good morning, everyone. Today we’ll discuss [project] progress and solve issues.”(各位上午好,今日我们讨论 [项目] 进展并解决问题。)​

“To sum up, we confirmed the timeline and set the next meeting on [date].”(总结:我们确定了时间线,下次会议定在 [日期]。)​

表达观点与疑问:

“From my view, we should adjust the strategy to match the audience.”(我认为需调整策略以契合受众需求。)​

“Could you explain the timeline again? I’m not clear.”(能否再解释下时间安排?我不太明白。)

三、商务邮件:专业传递信息​

商务邮件是职场中常用的沟通方式,规范的表达能体现专业性,避免信息误解。​

邮件主题:清晰明了,概括核心内容,如 “Follow-up on [Project Name] Cooperation Discussion”(关于 [项目名称] 合作讨论的跟进)、“Request for Approval of [Document Name]”(申请审批 [文件名称])。​

开头问候:​

“Dear Mr./Ms. [Name], Hope this email finds you well.”(尊敬的 [姓名] 先生 / 女士,希望您一切安好。)​

“Hi [Name], Following up on our conversation during the meeting yesterday...”([姓名] 你好,就昨天会议中我们的讨论进行跟进……)​

正文表达:​

“We are writing to inform you that the delivery of the goods you ordered will be delayed by 3 days due to unexpected logistics issues. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and will keep you updated on the latest progress.”(特此通知,由于突发物流问题,您所订购货物的交付将延迟 3 天。对此带来的不便我们深表歉意,并会及时向您同步最新进展。)​

“Could you please review the attached contract and provide your feedback by the end of this week? If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.”(“请您审阅附件中的合同,并于本周末前提供反馈。如有任何疑问,请随时与我联系。”)​

 

结尾敬语:​

“Sincerely,”(诚挚的,)—— 适用于正式商务邮件;​

“Best regards,”(致以最诚挚的问候,)—— 适用于较熟悉的商务伙伴。​

 

商务英语小贴士:

1、注重语气:商务沟通中,语气要礼貌、专业,避免过于随意或生硬的表达,比如用 “Could you...?” 代替 “Can you...?”,更显委婉。​

2、积累行业术语:不同行业有专属术语,提前积累能让沟通更精准,比如外贸行业的 “L/C”(Letter of Credit,信用证)、“FOB”(Free On Board,离岸价)。​

3、善用简洁表达:商务场景追求高效,避免冗长表述,比如用 “Please find attached” 代替

“Please find the document that is attached to this email”。​

4、及时确认信息:若对对方的表达有疑问,及时确认避免误解,如 “Just to confirm, did you mean that we need to submit the report by next Monday?”(我想确认一下,您是说我们需要在下周一前提交报告吗?)​
